Crazy Past Leads To Adventuring for Small Town Girl

I guess you can say I wasn't your average, everyday, child. I was crazy and hectic and just all around stupid. I remember being 4 maybe 5 years old and wanting to adopt a skunk instead of a cat. Or how about the sledding from our home roof instead of a mountain of snow on the ground. I can't even count the amount of times I should have broken a bone but didn't.
`I remember the time I let a squirrel into the house to run around and play with me but it got lose from the shoe box I had it in and fell into the pot of boiling water on the stove that had almost fully cooked macaroni noodles in it.. My mother was not happy but we laughed it off then and still do to this day.
I also remember the doll look alike I convinced my mother to buy for me just so I could scare my younger sister. Gosh she was peeved.
I remember it like it was yesterday.. I called for my little sister then threw the dismembered doll look alike, that I had put an entire bottle of ketchup on, out my bedroom window and hid on the roof. She came in looked out the window and immediately started crying. Mom was livid for that one. They both had assumed I'd died. I stayed p on the roof for 3 hours before they figured it out and I came inside. My little sister to this day still gets mad at me when I bring it up. To be fair though I was 9 and she was 5. I am a bit ashamed about it but hey, she shouldn't have cut my hair in my sleep the night before.
Let's just say that I was a bit of a troublemaker back then. I still do crazy stupid stuff but not like then. The adventurer in me though, that will never go away. I am always up to trying new things and a crazy, yet true, story is always fun to tell.

The beginning

Hello world. It's time to be honest. My name is Amber. I am 20 years old and like most, I haven't accomplished all I have set out to do. In fact, I don't even know what I want to do in life. Maybe I will become a business woman, or a lawyer. Maybe I'll become a nurse. Who knows?

You see that's the thing. Not many people truly know what they want out of life. Most will spout out the obvious answers like money, or fame, but is it truly what they want?

I know I love to write, and I'm good at playing instruments. I know that I love to help people but the world is always advancing. It advances faster than the eye can see. So does life. Time will tell me what I want most out of life. Heck, I may never truly know, but I do know this 'Life is what you make it. You choose your own path'. I had to learn that the hard way.

This blog will take you through some of my many journeys in life. Some terrible and some not so terrible. You will laugh and cry over the stupidity that I tend to get involved in, and hopefully the read will be worth it. So until later. If you dare to read on.
